Our STORY

Dennis Moresco, founder of Midland Pacific Building Corporation, started out working for his father swinging a hammer. After graduating from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo in 1975 with a degree in architecture, he decided to build a house for himself.  Within a year and a half, Dennis was deeply involved with his own business as a general contractor.  A few years later he became a licensed Architect.

As the business grew, Dennis brought in partners and branched into architecture, planning and real estate development.  Based in Atascadero, Midland Pacific Building Corporation currently has 25 employees, including Dennis as CEO and President. 

Dennis has served as President of the Homebuilding Association of the Central Coast, a member of  the California Building Industry Association and as the President of the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference. He was also inducted into the California Building Industry's "Hall of Fame" in 2005.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Construction Company (HCIC) and is one of their founding members.
