Midland Pacific Homes Reports Local Market Still Moving Well

ATASCADERO – Midland Pacific Homes, a 30-year Central Coast homebuilder, reports strong year-end home sales. The Atascadero-based builder sold a dozen homes in December alone, according to Midland Pacific Sales Manager Reed Harris. Midland Pacific currently offers homes in three North County neighborhoods: The Colony at Apple Valley in Atascadero, Del Oro at Hacienda Hills in Paso Robles, and Mission Meadows in San Miguel. Harris says new home construction is underway as a result of buyer demand at all three neighborhoods. “Buyers want quality homes, and they recognize the value of owning a home in San Luis Obispo County,” said Harris. “We’re seeing a robust market, with buyers eager to use low-interest rates to purchase a new home on the Central Coast.” Harris said that 2006 saw the local market adjust to a more normal pace for price and timing of home sales, and consumer confidence remains high. “Midland Pacific offers homes at every level – from entry-level pricing to luxury homes, and we’re posting sales in every neighborhood,” said Harris. Midland Pacific Homes, builder of more than 1,000 Central Coast homes, offers additional information online at www.MidlandPacific.com.
